This service is not for the weak. Our recommendations of how to fix your environment may seem dramatic. For example, if it is determined that you have an employee that is poisoning the environment with their behavior, we would recommend how to handle this employee for your particular situation. This could ultimately involve separating them from the company. Regardless of the recommendations of how to positively enhance your environment, it is up to you to implement them.
